The two dates unfold differently. The first is a relaxed à la carte lunch at The Market, open to guests keen for a lighter introduction to Chef Zanetti’s cooking against the ease of a midday setting on the island.
The second is an evening five-course dinner at Olive, opening with a meet-and-greet before the tasting begins. It’s a slower, more considered sitting – built around Chef Zanetti’s own rhythm in the kitchen, and rarely found beyond St Moritz.
Seats are limited across both dates, making each sitting a genuinely rare one for guests on the island at the time.
