Banzai is open-air and intimate, where the evening moves from sashimi and rolls to a teppan brought to life with a bit of showmanship, each main plate built for sharing.
Begin with sashimi, nigiri and rolls, reef fish catch of the day and local tuna alongside salmon and a few playful western creations. Then the teppan comes alive, the chef bringing a little showmanship to combination plates built around the freshest catch and cuts, ribeye, prawn, scallops – ideal for sharing, paired with premium sake. Finish with something from the dessert menu, such as a palate-cooling sorbet or chilled fresh fruit.
